• Consulting for Certification

We help buildings get certified as Green and Healthy Building. The certifications are from several Indian or International bodies. Our personnel are trained and certified in providing consultation for LEED, WELL and IGBC certifications. We have understanding of the pre-requisites and the credits to be completed to earn specific points and reach the targeted certification. We work closely with stakeholders such as MEP consultants, architects, project owner and facility manager so as to enable timely completion of actions identified and thus achieve the desired certification level.

• Strategy Consulting

We take up specific strategy projects that are linked to our areas of expertise, viz., fire safety, security, building automation, green building and well building.

Audit Services

We perform system audits for fire safety and security. In case of fire safety, we check the compliance to IS Specifications and National Building Code (NBC) or any other code that is relevant for the site. We also provide a solution to correct non-compliances and mitigate risk whenever such possibility exist. Our scope of work also includes auditing the execution of the non-compliance correction to ensure closure. Audit of security systems involves checking the efficiency of current security system being used, including Closed Circuit Television ( CCTV) and Access Control System. The audit also covers allied systems such as public announcement systems. The process followed is given below -

Training

We have been conducting training as part of our consulting service. We conduct both classroom and online training on fire safety, security and Integrated Building Management systems. We are now developing trainng into a new stream of business. The training can be customized to the requirement of our clients. The focus of our training is attention to the fundamental concepts. We also provide testing and certification in these subjects.
